Reports and responsibility for content
Check details, photos and tasks before sharing a report. Reports reflect information entered by the operator: they are not expert assessments, certified evidence or digitally signed documents. Use images and data for which you hold appropriate rights and permissions.
Free version
Free includes one successfully saved job, which can be edited and exported again with no time limit. Cancelled drafts, save failures and the demo do not use the allowance. Deleting the job does not reset it.
Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase handled by Apple. The total price is shown in the app and Apple’s confirmation sheet. It is not a subscription. Pro unlocks unlimited new jobs, a PDF logo, structure duplication and templates. Purchase restoration depends on your Apple Account and transaction verification.
If Pro is refunded or revoked, saved reports, standard exports and backups remain available. For refunds, use Apple’s tools. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Keep a copy
Export a backup regularly. Uninstalling the app or losing your device may result in losing local data. Importing replaces the current archive after you confirm. A backup does not include your Pro entitlement or reset an already-used free allowance.
Licence and support
The Apple Standard Licence Agreement applies to the app distributed through the App Store. This information describes how the app works and does not limit mandatory user rights. For problems or questions, see support.
